Returns and Replacement

We have a customer friendly return and exchange policy and accept returns within 24 Hours from the date of delivery for any reason. However, for the missing product, you have to report us within the same business day. To Return/ Exchange a product you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate a Return by sending us an email on or call us at the mentioned contact numbers.
Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. You shall have the options below for your Return / Exchange.
1. You can choose any product for the same amount or for a higher amount and pay us the remaining balance (for higher value products) Gift Card/Coupon for the order amount, which can be used, for any future purchase at
The customer has to send us the product back to our warehouse for replacement. Cost is to be borne by customer and shall only be reimbursed in form of Gift Card up to a maximum of Rs. 100 per order. In order to claim, return shipping reimbursement, customer is required to share the copy of Return shipping courier receipt at
Step 3: You shall then be provided with a Return shipping address to return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit. Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your shall receiving your exchange product or gift car whichever you chose earlier.
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

  1. Any product that has been washed
  2. Any product not in its original condition
  3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  4. If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Kayara Bling is not responsible for any kind of exchange or returns.

Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

The customer can only cancel the order within the same business day of placing the order, before the product is shipped. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 to 7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

Cancellation after product has shipped?

If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.
